The first week back running

When you first start running after you haven't...
Yeahhhh I didn't know I had some ligaments in my ankles until I stood up from being asleep. There was this little dance I had to do to sit down on my bed again. I need to remember to test out what hurts first and then stand up.

Also, why are my knees on fire after I run? It's not like they hurt... they're just so hot!

And when you google search "Diary of a Bad White Runner" so many hilarious, inappropriate, and irrelevant things pop up. But so does some useful information. Today I found on runner's world that the 15 best foods for runners are:
